At Tatt Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping bag and include the printed packing slip provided in your portal download.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the quality of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
